MULTI-LEG PRIVATELY OWNED DELIVERY

The Protocol

Every detail, considered.

I

Acclimatisation

Prior to departure, the puppy is introduced to its travel crate, ambient cabin sound, and the courier who will accompany it — a familiar face, not a stranger.

II

Climate & Comfort

Cabin temperature held between 18 and 21°C. Hand-fed in flight on the breeder's existing diet. No sedation, ever — we use behavioural conditioning instead.

III

Routing

We prefer single-leg passages. When a connection is unavoidable, the puppy overnights at a GildedLeash-vetted residence with its courier — never in a kennel or transit facility.

IV

Arrival

The hand-over is unhurried. If it is your preference, your courier remains at your residence (or in a place of your preference) for twenty-four hours to settle the puppy into its new rooms and brief your household staff.

Documentation & Compliance

Paperwork is our concern, not yours.

Our compliance desk manages every export permit, microchip registration, vaccination, rabies titre, USDA APHIS endorsement, DEFRA pet passport, and bespoke health certificate required by your destination — including the rare cases of Hawaii, Australia, and the UAE.

A GildedLeash veterinarian travels with the puppy on all Sovereign and OPT passages, and is on standby for Cabin transits. Every puppy arrives with a leather-bound dossier of provenance, lineage, and medical record.

By appointment

Tell us where in the world, and when.

Passages are arranged in coordination with your matchmaker. Lead time is typically four to twelve weeks depending on origin, destination, and the puppy's readiness to travel.  Remember, finding your perfect match can mean waiting for the perfect litter to be born.
