Registry Recognition
We work only with purpose-bred puppies and young adults from breeds with full recognition by the American Kennel Club in the US or the United Kennel Club in the UK.

The Registry Criteria
What we require of every breeder.

Breeder Distinction
Our breeders must actively maintain their dogs in the registry and be Breeders of Merit or of Distinction with their applicable kennel club. And they must have been involved in their breed for at least 10 years.

Champion Lineage
We have a strong preference for the parents of puppies to be show champions: this not only ensures they possess the conformation to be good representatives of their breed, but also that they have spent significant time in social environments and around large numbers of other people and dogs.

Maturity & Testing
For numerous reasons, we will not represent a puppy if either of its parents is younger than 2 years at the time of the breeding. We require (and independently confirm) extensive health and temperament testing in the parents and preferably grandparents.

Home Environment
We only work with breeders who raise their puppies in a home environment — never in kennel facilities or commercial operations. The first eight weeks shape a lifetime.

Purpose-Based Preservation Breeding
We work only with preservation breeders — those who breed to protect the characteristics of type and temperament at the highest level, solely to perpetuate the historic form and function of the breed. Their programs are guided by the standard and the working purpose the breed was drawn for, never by trend, market demand, or novelty.

Basic health assurances
Appropriate to each breed, confirmed by independent veterinary review before placement.

Replacement policy
A clear, written policy from the breeder in the unlikely event of a hereditary condition.

Lifetime return & rehoming
A guarantee of return and rehoming at any point in the dog's life should you be unable to keep it.

Lifetime communication
Ongoing support and open communication with the breeder for the entire life of the dog.
The Register
What we represent — and what we do not.
Due to our criteria, we do not represent every breed of dog; and the breeds shown on our site are representative. It will certainly be the case that high quality puppies will not be available in all breeds at all times. If you have interest in a particular breed, please let us know as our network is extensive, and global.
With respect, we in no way deal with any form of "Doodle", "designer" dogs, or any color or coat variant in any breed which is disallowed by its kennel club; nor can we help with referrals to any breeders or consultants in those areas. The work we do with French Bulldogs, Pugs, Bulldogs, English Toy Spaniels, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels is incredibly selective.
